  • Vendor meetings as needed- If you are unable to attend any vendor meeting, we are here to show up when you can't.

    Day of Coordination

  • Vendor Management and Verification- We become the point of contact with the vendors to ensure that all final details are completed, vendors arrive on time, and you have a stress-free day

  • Rehearsal management- We will be there to assist you and the officiant/pastor on the management of the rehearsal, helping you decide the order of the processional and the recessional, and instructing the bridal party

  • Wedding Day Emergency kit- From sewing kits, bobby pins, hair spray, toothbrushes, to ibuprofen and many things in between. 

  • Oversee Ceremony and Reception Setup - We will be there bright and early making sure that everything is exactly where you want it. 

  • Coordinate Ceremony Activities: We will be in charge that the event activities take place at your desired schedule from dinner, photography, garter toss to your grand exit if you choose to have one.

  • An assistant coordinator will be available on the day of your wedding
